Refund Policy - the basics
Our return or replacement policy is pretty simple.
The majority of items we sell are used. We take special care to photograph and/or describe any damages to the item or marks. Small/minor marks and/or damages to used items are to be expected. Anything considered fundamentally an issue will be photographed and/or described. If this has failed to do so, and we can prove it, we accept refunds no questions asked. If you have paid for freight, we are happy to cover it, if you have received free freight, unfortunately we request the buyer pays for the return.
Any new items are new, there may be minor manufacturing marks but should be advertised as accurately as so. If something doesn't fit and its been advertised to do so, that's on us - we will return it no problem.
I created this company to please enthusiasts; and to attempt to sway the direction the market is on scalping items at high costs, this is my mantra.
Every item is shipped registered and insured correctly. This may have an impact on shipping costs, but it will be as cheap as possible.
